Shipping and Returns Policy

General Shipping Information
In-stock merchandise
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-4 business days if you choose Standard shipping, 3-5 days for Medium shipping and 4-7 days for Large shipping within Sydney. Orders placed outside of Sydney typically take 3-7 days depending on distance from Sydney. 

If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email.

Multiple shipments
The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations and/or vendors and so items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. Your original shipping charge will simply be split across the multiple packages when your order is charged.

P.O. Boxes
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes; we require a street address to ensure the product is installed correctly.

Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy
At Astley Mobility, we aim for you to be comfortable and happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or replace your purchase when it is presented in saleable condition. Simply follow the guidelines below.
  • Full-priced merchandise presented within 3 days will be credited.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or replace items that have been used or the packaging has been damaged/opened, with all original tags still attached.
  • We recognise that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at Astley Mobility or at
  • To qualify for an exchange, the item must be faulty or incorrect to what you ordered.

Returns In-Store
Present the merchandise to an associate at any Astley Mobility store with the original receipt for a refund or exchange.

Returns By Mail
Enclose the completed return form with your shipment.
